Our investment focus spans three primary categories:
Net lease repositioning opportunities
Underperforming or aging commercial properties that can be repurposed into single-tenant net lease assets serving essential, resilient uses.
Government-owned properties
Assets held by the GSA or other government entities that are being rationalized or released into the private market, often for the first time.
Distressed commercial assets
Overleveraged or lender-owned properties acquired at attractive valuations and repositioned through disciplined business plans.

Etymology
Revia stands for a new path forward. Rooted in the Latin words re meaning anew and via meaning path, the name reflects our focus on renewal guided by discipline.
Our team
Revia brings more than 50 years of combined experience in real estate investing and asset transformation. Members of our team have founded and taken two REITs public and has a strong track record repositioning underperforming assets into durable uses, with particular success in medical and dining. We combine strategic judgment with hands-on execution across the full asset lifecycle
